Terraeur Clothing – 14-Day Returns Policy

At Terraeur, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something’s not quite right, we offer a 14-day return window from the date you receive your order.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received it
     
  • Have all original tags still attached and untampered with
     
  • Be returned in its original packaging (including shoeboxes or branded pouches, if applicable)
     

Items returned with detached, damaged, or missing tags will not be eligible for a refund.

How to Return

  1. Contact us at [your email/contact form] within 14 days of receiving your item to initiate a return.
     
  2. Include your order number and reason for return.
     
  3. Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions and the return address.
     
  4. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
     

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size or item, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.

Important Notes

  • Sale items or items marked "final sale" are not eligible for return
     
  • Any signs of wear, washing, or scent (e.g. perfume/smoke) will result in a rejected return
     
  • Items must be returned with the tags securely attached in their original position. If the tag is missing or removed, the return will be refused.
